Bryce Miller - Business Development Director
Bryce works on growing the business by improving operations, boosting sales, hiring top talent, and leading marketing efforts. He enjoys meeting new people and building strong relationships throughout the community. Fun fact: Bryce can juggle three chainsaws while operating a mini backhoe!
Erik Johnson - General Manager
Erik manages the day-to-day operations and supports the great team at Cardinal Rental and Sales. He enjoys meeting new customers and helping them find the right equipment to make their projects more efficient. Outside of work, Erik runs a small family farm where he raises beef cows, pigs, chickens, and ducks.
Russell Potter - Rental Coordinator
Russell assists with coordinating rentals and supports the service department, ensuring customers have a seamless experience with their equipment needs. He enjoys the variety each day brings and the process of helping people. Outside of work, Russell loves spending time with his family, hiking through nature, and kayaking on local waterways.
Joe Arms - Rental Coordinator
Joe coordinates with customers and the team to ensure rentals go smoothly, providing the best experience possible while saving customers time, money, and headaches. He enjoys learning something new every day, whether it’s from a customer or the equipment, and loves making someone’s day a little better. With a strong background in landscape design and management, Joe enjoys being outside in nature, soaking up the sun.
